Modules & Anchors

Our bonded modules consist of compressed fibre strips held by a mesh fabric, which burns away at high temperature to allow perfect expansion. Easy to cut and shape, they adapt to complex or curved surfaces and are available in ceramic, bio-soluble or polycrystalline fibres, depending on the service temperature (up to 1600 °C).

They are installed using refractory adhesives (Belcolle or Blakite) on clean, pre-treated surfaces. This ensures reliable thermal insulation and strong mechanical adhesion.

Standard format: 300 × 300 mm, thickness from 25 to 100 mm, density 160 kg/m³.
Other dimensions available upon request.

Fiber Insulation :

We supply a wide range of high-temperature fibre insulation materials designed for thermal efficiency and application flexibility. Our blankets are lightweight, resilient and easy to install, offering excellent handling and thermal performance in applications up to 1600 °C. They are available in ceramic, bio-soluble, and polycrystalline fibre grades and suitable for use in linings, expansion joints, or layered insulation systems. We also offer loose bulk fibres used for pumping, casting, spraying, or packing. These fibres can be blended into custom mixes or used as-is for thermal protection in complex or irregular geometries.

Available formats:

Rolls (blankets), loose fibres (bulk), boards and special processed forms.

Fibre types include: Superwool®, Kaowool®, Cerablanket®, PCW (polycrystalline wool).
